Nicole Kidman terrified for hubby, Keith Urban

Nicole Kidman is terrified her hubby, Keith Urban, could suffer a drug relapse sparked by his recent back injury. Keith was diagnosed with a painful slipped disc but he is still touring and has postponed surgery. Keith has been sober for more than a year and a half, but Nicole is worried sick that he'll need drugs to cope with his pain.
